The Talent Business Partner will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and implementing best hiring practices to support the company’s rapid expansion.
We are looking for a Talent Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will collaborate with People Business Partners, recruiters, and hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber talent for both corporate and site-based roles.
Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
Develop strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
Implement and manage assessment centers for structured evaluations.
Oversee the careers website and job portal updates.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Manage the employee referral program and enhance employer branding.
Provide regular recruitment reports to leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume, multi-skilled hiring.
Strong knowledge of labour legislation and recruitment best practices.
Experience with 360-degree recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
2+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
Familiarity with online HR management systems or ERP software.
